The model of the subject of communication in the system of dual-oriented university education
The article provides a short excursus to the dual-oriented training of future specialists in the far and near-abroad countries. Dual-oriented training is a system of pedagogical education that combines theoretical study at the university with practical activity at school. The innovative Kazakhstani model provides for the creation of a ‘corporate triangle’ (university, college, school) for training specialists and the implementation of the communicative paradigm of dual-oriented learning. This paradigm is a conceptual model of a ‘subject of communication’ deployed in the activity-dynamic dimension of the educational process. The theoretical models of dual-oriented learning presented within the framework of a single pedagogical technology will support the formation of conditions for a ‘framework agreement.’ In the context of such an agreement, the participant of the pedagogical process can develop a new didactic toolkit to establish an atmosphere for creative search.
