Problems in the organization of future teachers’ pedagogical practice in the context of dual training

Тhe article studies the problem of organizing future teachers’ pedagogical practice in the context of dual training. The authors reveal the essence, advantages, and experience of implementing dual training in Germany. The article analyzes the experience of implementing dual training in Kazakhstan, using the example of technical education. The authors discuss the possibility of introducing dual training in the system of professional training of future teachers. They analyze the historical experience of school-university cooperation in Kazakhstan in the 1970-1980s and provide a view on the current state of the problem using the example of the "network interaction" in the Russian Federation. The authors define the ways to introduce the elements of dual training and share the experience of introducing continuous pedagogical practice based on duality at the Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University. Based on the available data, the authors determine the conditions for the synthesis of educational and educational processes at school, which can significantly expand the professional mobility of a future teacher. The authors also outline the problems of organizing such a synthesis that should be addressed at the level of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
